Blog Number 363

Greetings,

    Time again for the weekly weight update.  Last Wednesday (7/1) was a big one day drop (195.7 to 194.2 - 1.5 lbs) so most of the week was spent keeping that weight from coming back.  Given that Thursday night was our monthly scheduled Date Night and that we had a 3 day weekend (with a July 4th party at our church), this was not an easy task.  But my weight this morning is 1/2 lb less than less Wednesday's so we are still making progress.  I did add another column to the spreadsheet.  It takes the average weight loss per day so far and then projects my weight on my birthday (8/24) if I keep up the current pace.  I don't think I had a specific weight in mind when I started but 180 sounds about right to me (and not just because I am hovering around that in the Pace column).  Still feeling good and thinking that I will make it to 40 in much better shape than 39 (or probably 30).
