Outsourcing My Body–Week 12

Well, It has been twelve weeks since I outsourced my body.  On to this week’s summary…

Diet

I think I have moved past the end of this project already.  This applies to Diet, Exercise and Weight actually.  The wife is not really telling me what to eat or what not to eat.  We celebrated our 15th anniversary this week and went out to eat on Friday night.  We also got a pizza from Costco last night.  It feels like I am in the maintenance part already.

Exercise

I continue to walk a dog each morning (time permitting) and ride my bike some afternoons / evenings.  It seems like not much more than I was doing before this whole thing started really.

Weight

I gained 2/3 lbs. this week.  This still puts me down 25 lbs. overall and that is great.  I am at the high end of my confortable weight range so I am not sweating it.  I would like to be down another 15 lbs. or so but I will probably not put that loss into any formal timeline.

Other

As I mentioned in the Diet section, I feel I have moved on past the hard part.  I am glad for the process and thankful to the wife for her part in this process.  She has no big plans for me (that I know of) for this last week of our agreement.  These last few blogs (and weeks) have been anticlimactic for sure.
